You can also set the unit to play a greeting message but not to record caller messages. Select "Greeting only" as the recording time setting (page 35). Important: L Only 1 person can access the answering system (listen to messages, record a greeting message, etc. ) at a time. L If there are no new messages, the handset plays back all messages.
