Changing the Registered Information of the Projector . Deleting a Registered Projector/Group/Keyword/Brightness Control . [. . . ] To manually update to display the latest information, perform either (a) or (b). (a) Press the [F5] button on the keyboard. (b) On the menu bar, Select [File] [Update Information] in <Projector Monitoring> window (Æ page 12). [Status bar] display in the Projector Monitoring window (Æ page 12) changes from Ready to Updating Projector Information and a progress bar appears on the right side . When the status bar indicates Ready again, the displayed information has been updated . - 32 - If the number of registered projectors increases, then updating the information will take longer . On the menu bar, select [File] [Abort] in Projector Monitoring window (Æ page 12) if you wish to abort the update before completion . The above operation changes [Status bar] on the Projector monitoring window (Æ page 12) from Updating Projector Information to Canceling . When the abort process is complete, the message on the status bar indicates Ready . - 33 - J Detailed Information Display Displays detailed information of a selected projector . Select the desired projector icon from the tree pane on the <Projector Monitoring> window (Æ page 12) and perform either (a), (b), or (c). (a) Select [File] [Property] from the menu and select the Details tab. (b) Right-click the selected projector icon, select Property from the displayed menu, and select the Details tab . - 34 - (c) Rightclick the projector in the Brief information display pane, and select [Property] in the context menu. The <Projector Property> window (Æ page 23) will be displayed. Select the [Details] tab in <Projector Property> window . <Projector Property> window -- [Details] 3 . If a lamp life error is detected, it will turn red . · The criteria for lamp life warning or error being displayed on the Detailed information display can be changed in the <Warning> section (Æ page 65) of the Option Settings window. · Depending on the connected projector, there may be some items that cannot be displayed . · When using a projector whose lamp output can be set to Hi/Low (or normal/eco), the runtime when the lamp is set to Low is converted to an equivalent runtime when the lamp is set to High, and the corresponding total runtime is displayed . - 36 - J Displaying Optional Items Information It is possible to check the item numbers of optional items for a selected projector . Select the [Optional Accsesories] tab on the Projector Property window (Æ page 23) to display the item numbers of the exchangeable lamp unit and filter. <Projector Property> window ­ [Optional Accsesories] 2 . To end the optional items information display, click [Close] . NOTE · The displayed item numbers of optional items are obtained from a list of item numbers for each model stored in the software, and are not obtained from the projector . - 37 - J Displaying the List of Error Projectors Displays a list of projectors that have generated a warning or an error . You can switch to the Error Projector page by selecting the Error Projector tab on the Projector Monitoring window. This page displays not only the present status, but also previous errors generated within the period indicated in the Storage Period for the Error Projector Information (Æ page 61).
