[. . . ] Unpack the oven, remove all packing material, and examine the oven for any damage such as dents, broken door latches or cracks in the door. If you find any damage, notify your dealer immediately. If your AC outlet is not grounded, it is the personal responsibility of the customer to have it replaced with a properly grounded wall socket. Do not place this oven near an electric or gas cooker range. [. . . ] Cover the base of the tart with the seasoned cooked onions, the grated cheese, and the seasoned quiche mixture (eggs, milk and cream beaten together with an electric whisk). preheat the oven on Convection 220°C with the metal tray. Place the quiche in the hot oven and cook on Combination CONVECTION HEATING 200° + 100 W for about 35 min, protecting the top of the tart with a folded piece of baking paper after 10 minutes of cooking. When cooked, remove the tart from the pan and leave to cool on a Wire Rack before serving. Topping: 3 garlic cloves, crushed, salt, pepper, 2 large onions, finely sliced, 1 tbsp olive oil, 200 g tomato sauce, 1 tbsp oregano, 100 g grated mozzarella. Cook the finely sliced onions in a bowl, with the oilve oil, for 3 to 4 minutes on MAX. Using your hands, spread out the dough in the pizza tin without making a raised edge. Place the pizza tin in the pre-heated oven and bake on CONVECTION HEATING 220°C for about 26 to 30 min, adding the cheese after 10 min and the other ingredients according to taste - anchovies, olives, bacon pieces etc. Protect the top of the pizza with an oiled piece of foil after 18-19 min. 600g), 1 medium potato, 1 chicken stock cube, 3 portions soft cheese, salt, pepper. Peel one of the courgettes and the potato, and cut all the vegetables into large cubes. Follow the guidelines from the operating instructions. Beeps will sound half-way through the cooking time to remind you to stir or turn the vegetables. When doing so, take care not to burn yourself when removing the lid or cling-film. This programme is not suitable for cooking steam-in bag vegetables. It is necessary to leave vegetables to stand for at least 5 min after cooking, except for vegetables which contain a lot of water (courgettes, endives, spinach or tomatoes) which should be left for approx. It is normal for vegetables to seem undercooked when removed from the oven, they will finish cooking during the standing time. When cooking vegetables using microwaves only, and when using the VEGETABLES automatic programme, place the dish directly on the glass tray. When cooking gratins using Combination cooking, place a heat-resistant dish which is microwave safe on metal tray on the glass tray. When browning the cheese top of already cooked gratins, place the heat-resistant and microwave safe container on the wire rack. Place the vegetables in a container which is microwave safe of a suitable size for the amount of vegetables. It is better to use wide dishes (such as a high-sided wide Pyrex® dish) than tall narrow dishes.
