Your oven is rated `E', which is very efficient. It is therefore very important that you refer carefully to the packet instructions on convenience foods. Some packet instructions only display information for B or D rated ovens. Cover and cook on HIGH power for 3 mins. Add the potatoes, cover and cook on HIGH power for 3-4 mins. Add the broccoli, hot vegetable stock and nutmeg. Cover and cook on HIGH power for 15-20 mins. Allow to cool and then blend in a food processor until smooth. Reheat the soup on HIGH power for 4-5 mins.
