Shield chickens and joints of meat . 18 Defrosting Foods Using Defrost Power & Time The times given below are a guideline only. Always check the progress of the food by opening the oven door and then re-starting. For larger quantities adjust times accordingly. Food should not be covered during defrosting. Meat Beef/Lamb/Pork Joint 450g (1lb) Minced Beef 450g. (1lb) General Bread Sliced 400g (14oz) Slice of bread 30g. Large pieces of fish / meat in a thin sauce, may require longer cooking. These programs are not suitable for foods that cannot be stirred. Meals in bowl shaped containers will need extra cooking time. 20 Auto Weight Reheat Programs 3. Reheat Pasta Meal (200-1000g) This program is for reheating a pasta style convenience meal that can be stirred.
