The cooker complies with European Council Directive 90/396/EEC. It is important that you understand how to use and care for the cooker properly before you use it for the first time. Clean the pan supports regularly to remove the marks using a mild abrasive like 'Jif' with a soft scourer. For more stubborn marks you can use a soap filled pad such as 'Brillo'.
