Follow these simple rules to maintain the appearance of the special finish. Helpful hints 1 Do not overfill dishes or they will boil over. If you do they may stick to the oven roof. Use a roasting tin which is just large enough for the meat and potatoes. Dry any vegetables that you are going to roast. If they are wet there will be more fat splashing. The type of cooking you do will affect how often you need to follow the cycle. Ensure that the kitchen is well ventilated: keep natural ventilation holes open or install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor hood). Prolonged intensive use of the appliance may call for additional ventilation, for example opening of a window, or more effective ventilation, for example increasing the level of mechanical ventilation where present.
