Slowly turn up the Gain and find a comfortable listening level. When headphones are connected to MAX Series amplifiers, the speaker is automatically turned off. As with the Gain knob, rotating this control clockwise increases gain or overall output. (9) Power Switch This two-way rocker switch applies power to the unit when placed in the ON position.
