AS (Auto zoom set), MODE in some lenses Set this position to select the type of Auto zoom function. 17 Automatic lens retraction When the power zoom lens is used with KAF2mount cameras, the following functions work when the main switch is turned off. With manual close-up photography using the copy stand in any situation or with the lens pointing down , if you turn the clamp screw to the ON position, rotation of the focusing ring becomes tight.
