If you toast three or four slices of bread,  select the desired browning settings for both sides of the appliance. €5) -- HD2647: If you only toast one or two slices of bread, push down the toasting lever of the side where you put the bread. To remove smaller items,  move the toasting lever upwards a little further. -- If bread gets stuck inside the toaster, remove the plug from the wall socket, let the appliance cool down completely and carefully remove the bread from the toaster. Caution: Do not use a knife or another sharp metal tool to remove bread from the toaster and do not touch the metal internal parts of the toaster. Toasting frozen bread 1 Put one or two slices (HD2627) or one to four slices (HD2647) of frozen bread in the toaster. 2 Select the desired browning setting and push down the toasting lever (see section ‘Toasting bread’). Reheating toasted bread The toaster has a preprogrammed reheat function that reheats your toast without making it browner. 1 Put the toasted bread back into the toaster. Note:Toasting frozen bread takes longer than toasting defrosted bread. 2 Place the warming rack over the toasting slots of the toaster (Fig. Never put the items to be heated up directly on top of the toaster without having unfolded the warming rack to avoid damaging the toaster.
