If the food is not warm enough,  repeat the heating procedure or see the user manual of the microwave oven.  Never use the lunch box to heat ketchup,  lemon/orange peels,  vinegar,  soy sauce,  or foods ﬂ avored with much oil or sugar.  To prevent scalding,  open the four buckles on the lid and lift the lid a bit aside before you heat food in the microwave.  Before feeding,  stir the food and check the food temperature.  Use a soft dishcloth to clean the lunch box thoroughly in warm and soapy water,  and then rinse them in clean water.
