Do not use it with any other liquids,  such as fruit juices,  f lavored sugary drinks,  carbonated beverages,  soup,  or broth. Â¢ The spout cup is not microwaveable. Â¢ Do not over tighten the lid on the spout cup. Â¢ Do not use the spout cup to mix and shake infant formula as this can clog the vent hole and cause the cup to leak. Â¢ Make sure that the valve is properly assembled. Â¢ To prevent scalding,  allow hot liquids to cool before you f ill the cup.  â¢ Never use the spout as a soother. Â¢ For hygiene reasons,  replace spouts after 3 months of use. Â¢ Do not place components directly on surfaces that are cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaners.  â¢ Food coloring can discolor components. Â¢ After each use,  disassemble all parts and clean them thoroughly in warm and soapy water,  and rinse them in clean water.
