[. . . ] RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT OPEN The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated "dangerous voltage" within the product's enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons. Register a password to change the Parental Lock level or enter a Country/Area code. There are two ways you can do this: Select by code number: Press (cursor right) then use the number buttons to enter the 4-digit Country/Area code. The new Country/Area code takes effect after ejecting the disc once. 2 Use the number buttons to input a 4-digit password then press ENTER. In order to play DivX VOD (video on demand) content on this player, you first need to register the player with your DivX VOD content provider. You do this by generating a DivX VOD registration code, which you submit to your provider. If you load a disc that contains DivX VOD content not authorized for your player, the message Authorization Error is displayed and the content will not play. To change your password, confirm your existing password then enter a new one. 2 Input your existing password, then press ENTER. 2 Use number buttons to enter your password, then press ENTER. Not all discs use Parental Lock, and will play without requiring the password first. If you forget your password, you'll need to reset the player to register a new password.
