Play Mode A-B Repeat Repeat Random Program Search Mode A(Start Point) B(End Point) Off Looping a section of a disc The A-B Repeat function allows you to specify two points (A and B) within a track (CD and Video CD) or title (DVD-Video and DVD-RW) that form a loop which is played over and over. 4 Press ENTER on `B(End Point)' to set the loop end point. Play Mode A-B Repeat Repeat Random Program Search Mode A(Start Point) B(End Point) Off · You can't use A-B Repeat with WMA/MP3 /Super VCD discs, Video CDs in PBC mode, unfinalized CD-R/RW discs. 1 During playback, press HOME MENU and select `Play Mode'. 2 Select `A-B Repeat' from the list of functions on the left. Play Mode After pressing ENTER, playback jumps back to the start point and plays the loop. · The minimum loop time is 2 seconds. 5 To resume normal playback, select `Off' from the menu. Using repeat play There are various repeat play options, depending on the kind of disc loaded. It's also possible to use repeat play together with program play to repeat the tracks/chapters in the program list (see Creating and editing a DVD program list on page 48 and Creating and editing a non-DVD program list on page 50). A-B Repeat Repeat Random Program Search Mode A(Start Point) B(End Point) Off · Repeat play is not available with Video CD/Super VCDs in PBC mode, or unfinalized CD-R/RW discs. 46 En Playing audio and video discs 06 1 During playback, press HOME MENU and select `Play Mode'. 2 Select `Repeat' from the list of functions on the left. Play Mode For WMA/MP3 discs, select All Discs Repeat, Disc Repeat, Folder Repeat or Track Repeat (or Repeat Off). The repeat modes available are the same as when choosing from the Play Mode menu. A-B Repeat Repeat Random Program Search Mode Title Repeat Chapter Repeat Repeat Off · If you switch camera angle during repeat play, repeat play is canceled. For CDs and Video CD/Super VCDs, select All Discs Repeat, Disc Repeat or Track Repeat (or Repeat Off). Play Mode Using random play With a DVD you can choose to play titles or chapters within a title in a random order. With CDs, Video CD/Super VCDs, MP3 or WMA discs, you can play all the discs at random, or just the contents of a single disc. You can set the random play option when a disc is playing or stopped. A-B Repeat Repeat Random Program Search Mode All Discs Repeat Disc Repeat Track Repeat Repeat Off · You can't use random play with VR format DVD-RW discs, Video CD/Super VCDs playing in PBC mode, or while a DVD disc menu is being displayed. 47 En 06 Playing audio and video discs 1 Press HOME MENU and select `Play Mode'. 2 Select `Random' from the list of functions on the left.
