The image is captured about 10 seconds after the shutter is pressed. This mode is suitable for the shots in which the photographer has to be included. The first image is captured about 10 seconds after the shutter release button is pressed, and then the second image is captured 2 seconds later. This mode is convenient when capturing group images in succession. Flash does not fire in this mode. After one shot is taken, the self-timer mode is turned off.
