Purpose
This patch addresses the four issues described below and in the Resolved Issues table. 

Symptoms
1. On systems upgraded from 1. 0 or 1. 1. 1,  the FQDN of host (hostname + system domain name) was missing from the Subject and CommonName (CN) fields of certificate signing requests (CSRs).  [. . . ] No other prerequisites exist. 

Functionality Affected
This service pack implements the following changes: · · · · The Polycom DMA system now puts the FQDN in the CN field of CSRs. Calls from federated offices to DMA conference rooms now connect to RMX MCUs without problems. System configuration changes affecting CSRs are now copied to the file used to generate CSRs. The Polycom DMA system now properly handles SIP calls without a User-Agent header. 

Installation Notes
To update a Polycom DMA system with a new software patch,  complete the following tasks: 1. Perform the software upgrade by following the upgrade steps described in the "Upgrading the Software" topic of the online help or Polycom DMA 7000 System Operations Guide. Log into the system and check the version number to verify the upgrade.
