Scenario #1: Regional Sales Manager with Frequent Web Meetings Sue, a Regional Sales Manager for a software company, holds frequent meetings with prospects over the phone and wants an easy way to share presentation slides and demonstrate the basic features of the company's new software application. Using QSX, she can share this content over the Web with up to 10 participants simultaneously. While on an audio call with several members of the customer's selection committee who are located in different offices, Sue simply plugs her laptop into the QSX and provides the IP address and password of her QSX to the participants. The QSX is configured for passwordprotected access across the corporate firewall. The customers then use any standard Web browser to enter the IP address and a one-time password to view the content through their browser.
