Enter the middle name of the subscriber. Enter the subscriber's title, such as Mr. , Ms. , or Dr. Enter the subscriber's company name. Enter the company's (or subscriber's) address, including street, city, state, and ZIP code. Enter the subscriber's telephone number. Use numbers only, with no dashes or other punctuation. An alternative ID sometimes used to link the record to another database, for "leg-based" billing, to store translation numbers (routing solutions) in a routed system, or to identify the subscriber to a conference recording service. Ask your system administrator if your system uses this field. If your system uses fixed translation numbers (stored in this field) for routing, then each subscriber's external ID must be unique and must have the correct number of digits. Your system administrator should tell you what to do with this field. See "About External IDs as Translation Numbers" on page 39 for more information. It also discusses the special rules that apply to external IDs in certain configurations of routed systems. About Call Flow Options The call flow options your system supports are determined by whether the system is routed or non-routed (see page 5) and the configuration settings your system administrator chose. On a non-routed system, all access phone numbers must be either private or shared; you can't mix the two. On a routed system, your system administrator can choose to enable both. [. . . ]
