[. . . ] The display of this icon indicates the ViewStation is connected to the GAB server. When the icon rotates, it indicates that the ViewStation is actively accessing the GAB server for addresses. Notice the icon rotating as you scroll through the address book entries. This icon indicates that the selected address is an address from the GAB. You cannot edit or delete global addresses from your ViewStation. You can perform these tasks only from the GAB console. This icon lets you save a global address entry to your local address book. This icon lets you delete addresses from the ViewStation. Using Multi-Point Address Book Entries Adding multi-point entries into the ViewStation MP address book or the GAB allows the ViewStation to call several sites at one time using one address book entry. If you delete a single site entry from the address book and that entry is part of a multi-point address book entry, the multi-point address book entry is automatically deleted from the address book. From the Main Menu, highlight the Address Book icon and press the SELECT button on the remote control. Highlight the Address Book icon on the Speed Dial screen and press the SELECT button again. Using the ARROW buttons on the remote control, select the New icon and press the SELECT button on the remote control. The New Address Book Entry screen is displayed. Select the Multi-Site icon and press the SELECT button on the remote control. The Multi-Site Meeting screen is displayed. Using the on-screen keyboard, enter a name for the meeting in the Name field. The ViewStation dials all of the sites in the multi-point call at the speed you specify regardless of the dialing speed set for the individual address book entries. To add entries from the address book to the multi-point address book entry, click the Add icon. Select the address book entry you want to add and press the SELECT button on the remote. The Multi-Site Meeting screen is displayed with the added entry. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you have specified all of the sites for the multi-point address book entry. Click the Save icon and press the SELECT button on the remote control.
