This appliance is covered against manufacturers defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. To validate this warranty you must have proof of purchase,  this should be available for the service engineer to inspect. This warranty does not cover the following: 1.  malfunction or damage to an appliance occurring in the household electrical system 2.
