Copying Book Originals Limitation Ì You cannot use the bypass tray with this function. Ì The machine cannot copy originals different in size and direction. Note Ì The machine sets the reproduction ratio automatically to meet the paper size and copies the originals together onto the paper. Ì The machine uses ratios in the range of 25 to 400%. 140 Series/Book Ì If the calculated ratio is under the available minimum ratio, it will be adjusted to the minimum ratio. However, with some ratios, parts of the image might not be copied. Ì Even if the direction of originals is different from that of the copy paper, the machine will automatically rotate the image by 90° to make copies properly.
