The AC Adaptor connection is the furthest to the right when looking at the options for plugging in the device. The middle connection is a Lineout plug and is not meant for the power adaptor. Problem: Why is it that when I play a CD with both CD Audio and MP3/WMA files I can only play the CD Audio? Troubleshooting measures: When the player reads the disc, the CD Audio tracks are located first and played accordingly. MP3/WMA files will subsequently not be read. It is recommended to use either CD Audio or MP3/WMA files when creating your CDs. Troubleshooting measures: The back-lighting is designed to go off when the player is not being accessed by button interaction. As you use the buttons to navigate the player, the light will remain on. If the same sounds are present on the computer, it could be that the file has a sound defect that was transferred when your CD was created. Try re-encoding the same audio track again or verify with the source of the file that it was created correctly.
