Also, take care that the stand does not become unbalanced and fall over or fall against you. · When moving the HD-1, check the following points first, then be sure to keep the system in the horizontal position while lifting and carrying it. Take care not to pinch your hand, or drop the system on your feet. Check that the knobs and screws that fasten the pads, arm pipes, and foot pipes have not become loose. If any are loose, tighten them securely. Disconnect external devices. · To avoid disturbing your neighbors, try to keep the unit's volume at reasonable levels. You may prefer to use headphones, so you do not need to be concerned about those around you (especially when it is late at night). 558d · This instrument is designed to minimize the extraneous sounds produced when it's played. However, since sound vibrations can be transmitted through floors and walls to a greater degree than expected, take care not to allow these sounds to become a nuisance to neighbors, especially when performing at night and when using headphones. 559a · The AC adaptor will begin to generate heat after long hours of consecutive use. This is normal, and is not a cause for concern. 307 · When you need to transport the unit, package it in the box (including padding) that it came in, if possible.
