3. Press the Value [-] [+] buttons to switch the Initial Touch "ON" or "OFF. "
ON The harder you play the key, the higher the volume. Some voices switches the sound depending on the strength with which you play the keyboard. OFF Volume remains constant regardless of how hard you play. To return to the basic screen, press the [Function] button.
Function Description GLIDE While the Foot Switch is pressed, the pitch will temporarily be lowered, and will gradually return to normal when you release the Foot Switch. DAMPER OF UPPER Notes played on the Upper keyboard will be sustained only while you continue pressing the Foot Switch. To return to the basic screen, press the [Function] button.

Changing the Key When Playing Back Songs
SMF music files or a performance that you yourself recorded can be transposed for playback.
Intro Count Down
If an intro is played before your performance, you can have a countdown played to the end of the intro, allowing you to understand easily where you are to start playing.
1. Using the Select [-] [+] buttons, select "Play Transpose. "
1. Using the Select [-] [+] buttons, select "IntroCountDown. "
3. Press the Value [-] [+] buttons to select the Value for transpose.
Each press of Value [-] [+] buttons transpose the key by a semitone. You can transpose the song within a range of -24 to +24 semitones. Care should be taken when using Octave Shift.
3. Press the Value [-] [+] buttons to select OFF, REC, or ON.

Metronome Volume
Carry out the steps below to adjust the volume of the metronome.
How the Expression Pedal Functions (Exp. Source)
Specify how the Expression Pedal will function when your performance is being recorded and when ATELIER song files are being played back.
1. Using the Select [-] [+] buttons, select "Metronome Vol. "

Function During Recording
Specify whether Expression Pedal operations will be recorded or not while your performance is being recorded.
1. Press the Value [-] [+] buttons to select the desired volume level (110).
Increasing the value will raise the volume of the metronome. To return to the basic screen, press the [Function] button.
2. Press the Select [-] or [+] button to select "Exp. Source. "

Changing the Sound of the Metronome
You can choose one of 4 different sounds for the metronome.
