FRAMING SQUARE MITER FENCE MITER TABLE Note: Many of the illustrations in this manual show only portions of your compound miter saw. This is intentional so that we can clearly show points being made in the illustrations. Never operate your saw without all guards securely in place and in good operating condition. SQUARING THE MITER TABLE TO THE FENCE See Figures 13 - 16. I Unplug your saw. WARNING: Make sure the spindle lock button is not engaged before reconnecting saw into power source. [. . . ] If operation is dusty, also wear a dust mask. WARNING: Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleumbased products, penetrating oils, etc. They contain chemicals that can damage, weaken or destroy plastic. It has been found that electric tools are subject to accelerated wear and possible premature failure when they are used on fiberglass boats, sports cars, wallboard, spackling compounds, or plaster. The chips and grindings from these materials are highly abrasive to electric tool parts such as bearings, brushes, commutators, etc. [. . . ]
