Therefore, you should charge it prior to use. Note: Batteries will not reach full charge the first time they are charged. Allow several cycles for them to fully charge. Charge battery pack only with the charger provided. Make sure power supply is normal house voltage, 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC only. Make sure charger plug and input jack are properly connected. Press down on battery pack to be sure contacts on battery pack engage properly with contacts in charger. When properly connected, red light will turn on. The LED indicator, which is located on the charging stand, will light up when charger is properly connected to power supply. This light indicates your tool is charging and will remain on until charger is disconnected from power supply.
