Do not turn on the machine with empty water tank: always make sure there is enough water in the tank. Before starting up the machine, after long storage and when the water has been used up, be sure the machine's water circuit has been primed. Wait until a steady jet of water flows out of the steam spout (Pannarello). [. . . ] 17) - to clean the Portafilter proceed as follows: - remove the filter, wash it thoroughly with hot water. - remove the adapter (if fitted), wash it thoroughly with hot water. Do not dry the machine and/or its components using a Put unused appliances out of service. Disconnect the plug from the socket and cut the electrical cord. [. . . ]
