Press the button for 5 seconds to launch the descaling cycle. When the light is steady on, the machine is ready. During this phase the button looks steady on. If the light turns on steady immediately after the descaling cycle start, the machine circuit needs to be primed. Turn the selector switch to the position. When the circuit is primed, the light starts blinking. Turn the selector switch to the ( ) position and go to step 7. If descaling solution spills out of the steam wand: Pause: turn the selector switch to the ( ) position. Start: turn the selector switch to the position. The machine dispenses the descaling solution from the brew group. When the light turns on steady, turn the selector switch to the position. Rinse the water tank thoroughly and fill it again with fresh drinking water up to the MAX level.
