Also in this case, the machine will run an empty cycle and discharge any ground coffee into the dregdrawer. Dispensing may be preceded by short sprays of hot water, and scalding is possible. The hot water/steam wand may reach high temperatures: do not touch it with bare hands. Wait for the container to be filled with the desired quantity of hot water.
