No intervention is required; after about 10 minutes, the air conditioner operates again normally. The unit will not operate when it starts to de-ice. Fan · Fan may not operate for about 3~5 minutes at the beginning to prevent any cold blasts while the air conditioner is warming up. · If both indoor and outdoor temperatures are high and the air conditioner is running in Heat mode, the outdoor unit's fan and compressor may stop at times.
