M. 9 Press OK when the time appears correctly in the display. · The document will be scanned into memory before transmission, and be sent at programmed time. 5. 2 Using My Favorites My Favorites enables you to store documents that are frequently faxed and send them to selected fax numbers without the originals. Store a document into memory and give the document an ID name. When you use this feature, set contrast to PHOTO by pressing Rcv. Mode/Darkness is not supported. Saving documents 1 2 3 Turn the document face down and feed it into the machine. Press My Favorites repeatedly and press OK when Save appears. Enter the document ID name(upto /15 characters/ by using the number keypad) · The document will be scanned into memory. · It shows "Exceeded Job Memory" message, when you save more than three My Favorites. Deleting stored documents 1 2 3 Press My Favorites repeatedly and press OK when Delete appears. You can select one or all to delete the stored documents. Select the document to delete by pressing Scroll buttons, and when the correct document ID is displayed, press OK. · The document will be deleted. Sending stored documents 1 2 3 4 Press My Favorites repeatedly and press OK when Send appears. Select the document to be sent by pressing Scroll buttons, and when the correct document ID is displayed, Press OK. Press OK when the correct number appears on the display. · If you have more destinations, select `Y' and press OK when asked Another?Y/N and repeat from step 3. Printing stored documents 1 2 Press My Favorites repeatedly and press OK when Print appears. Select the document to be printed by pressing Scroll buttons, you can select one or all to printout the stored document and when the correct document ID is displayed, press OK. · The document will be printed. 5. 3 ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX ADVANCED FAX Polling Polling enables you (or a remote fax machine) to retrieve a document. This is useful when a person who has a document to be sent is leaving the office. The person who wants to receive the document at a later time places a call to the machine holding the original, and requests that the document be sent. In other words, it "requests" the machine holding the original. Setting send polling You can programme your fax machine to send documents in your absence when it is requested by a remote fax machine. 1 2 3 4 Turn the document face down and feed it into the machine.
