G Check the battery charge status of the player. G Connect the player to PC and run YP-U1 Updater in the desktop to update the player. G Reset the player by pressing the RESET Hole using a pointed object such as a safety clip. In PLAY mode, music is not played after pressing the button G Check to see if MP3 or WMA files are saved in the built-in memory. G Check to see if the HOLD button is locked.
