[. . . ] When you stop turning the crown, the indicator hand displays the amount of power generated by the current manual winding for approximately 4 seconds, and then the hand returns to display the total amount of power reserve. Charge the watch until the indicator hand points at the second marking above "0"(approximately 6 hours of power reserve). This watch will keep on operating for approximately 1 month (30 days) if it is fully charged.
