Air outlet openings Important safety instructions ■ Caution: do not use the appliance in the vicinity of a bath, shower or swimmingpool, over a washbasin filled with water or near any other receptacle containing water. Protect the appliance from moisture and splashing water and do not operate it with wet hands. Cool function The cool function can be used at any time during the drying process. It will supply cooler air, which helps firming and shaping the hair. Operation Connect the hair dryer to a suitable wall socket and select the desired power setting with the switches integrated in the handle. Cleaning and care ■ Before cleaning the hair dryer, remove the plug from the wall socket and let the appliance cool down completely. [. . . ] The air-flow control regulates the air-flow intensity, while the temperature control regulates the heat of the air-flow. With the air-flow control set to the ‘0’-position, the hair-dryer is switched off.
