Inserting objects can result in injury due to the high speed rotation of internal fans. Ground the air conditioner without fail. Do not connect the grounding wire to gas pipe, water pipe, lightning rod or telephone grounding wire. [. . . ] During operation, if the outdoor temperature changes, the temperature settings will automatically slide as shown in the chart. The indicator panel will change each time you press the DISPLAY button in the following manner. The displayed temperatures are rough estimates and may vary from the actual temperatures. ⷠTemperature display ranges Room temperature: 0°C ~ 40°C ( is displayed when less than 0°C and when higher than 40°C) Outdoor temperature: -9°C ~ 45°C ( is displayed when less than -9°C and when higher than 45°C) · Is displayed during the first 60 seconds of operation while the temperatures are being detected. ⷠOnly the room temperature can be displayed for 5 seconds when the unit is not in operation. The adjusted position will be memorized and will be automatically set to the same position when operated the next time. Press the Progressive Air Flow button during cooling or dry operation when you do not want to feel cold air. In this operation mode, negative ions will be released in an increased rate, in order to bring the room air close to this condition. Plasmacluster Operation will be performed with FAN or HEAT mode, in order to reduce the growth of mold fungus, and dry inside of the air conditioner unit. utilize the operation at seasonal change over terms. Mold fungus already grown can not be eliminated by this operation. You can choose AIR CLEAN OPERATION or ION BALANCE OPERATION operation, press the 1 During to select the mode. In the AIR CLEAN operation, the blue PLASMACLUSTER lamp on the unit will light up. ⷠIn the ION BALANCE operation, the green PLASMACLUSTER lamp on the unit will light up. Press the PLASMACLUSTER button until PLASMACLUSTER symbol on the remote control display goes off. The PLASMACLUSTER lamp on the unit will turn off. Setting of the PLASMACLUSTER operation will be memorized and will operate in the same mode, the next time you turn on the air conditioner. [. . . ] 2 Open the lower louver slightly and rotate the upper louvre until it stops. 3 Hold the left side of the lower louvre and pull it frontward. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT make sure the fan inside is not rotating. Remove the dust using a vacuum cleaner or wipe with dry cloth. [. . . ]
