Should the fuse need to be replaced, a BSI or ASTA approved BS 1362 fuse marked or and of the same rating as above, which is also indicated on the pin face of the plug must be used. Always refit the fuse cover after replacing the fuse. Never use the plug without the fuse cover fitted. [. . . ] q If a 40th station is stored in memory during a scan, the scanning will stop at that station. The number of stations and "END" will each be displayed for 4 seconds. q If no stations have been stored in memory, "END" will flash for about 4 seconds. q If 40 stations have already been stored in memory and the ASPM button is pressed, "END" will appear immediately and the scan will be aborted. If you want to redo the ASPM operation from the beginning, erase the preset memory, and then perform steps 1 - 4. (4 seconds) To stop the ASPM operation before it is complete: Press the ASPM button whilst it is scanning for stations. q The stations that have already been stored in memory will be kept there. (4 seconds) To erase all of the contents of preset memory: The unit is in the stand-by mode. TI SEARCH TUNER (BAND) You can select a group of stations by specifying the programme type (news, sports, traffic programme, etc. see page 19) from among the stations that have been stored in memory. (ASPM is convenient for storing stations in memory. ) ON/ STAND-BY Jog dial 1 2 3 4 PTY. TI PRESET Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.
