[. . . ] Disconnect the oven from the power supply before installation. Make sure that the EBR-4810 is the correct surround for your oven. The Sharp Microwave Ovens are designed to either stand neatly on a kitchen counter top or to be built into a fitted kitchen cabinet using the surround. [. . . ] Fixing To avoid any possibility of the kitchen cabinet moving when the microwave oven is installed, it is essential that the kitchen cabinet is fixed to the back wall. Adjustment and repair It is dangerous for your oven to be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service technicians trained by Sharp. If the appliance is ever removed from the cabinet it should be re-installed in accordance with these instructions, which should be kept in a safe place for future reference. The mains plug must be accessible after installation or an all-pole switch disconnection must be provided with a contact separation of at least 3 mm in each pole. (For Continental use) The electric outlet must be installed at 150 mm high from the floor of the built-in cabinet and at 50 mm from the right wall of the built-in cabinet as shown in Fig. The mains plug must be accessible after installation or the oven must be connected to an electric circuit provided with an all-pole switch (contact gap no less than 3 mm) to disconnect the oven in case of danger. A safety-device like a fuse in the installation may be used as a switch. Set the spacing brackets 1 on the shelf along the right and left walls of the kitchen cabinet, keeping a distance of 7mm between the front end of the shelf and the spacing brackets, and attach them with the four screws 9, as shown in Fig. Caution: The arrow marks on each spacing bracket should be pointing towards you. Remove the screw F holding the air duct G to the rear of the oven as shown in Fig. And release the tab of the air duct G from the slit of the rear of the oven. Then remove the air duct G from the oven. Remove the screw H holding the back plate I to the rear of the oven as shown in Fig. And release the tabs of the back plate I from the slits of the rear of the oven. Remove the one screw E from the oven as shown in Fig. And install the exhaust duct 2 to the rear of the oven with one screw 0 as shown in Fig. Let the power supply cord pass through the hole of the lower side of the intake duct 3 as shown in Fig. Install the intake duct 3 to the rear of the oven with two screws 0 and E (removed at step 6) as shown in Fig. [. . . ] Install the second built-in frame element 7 over the built-in frame side elements 8 at bottom edge of the oven. And secure the built-in frame element 7 through the holes of the built-in frame side elements 8 to the kitchen cabinet with two screws A as shown in Fig. 8, or the kitchen cabinet door may touch the built-in frame elements.
