Connect devices
To select a green menu option or to access energy efficient settings.

[. . . ] Change the clock mode The clock mode is automatically synchronised to the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If your TV cannot receive UTC transmissions, change the clock mode to [Manual]. Select [Setup] > [TV settings] > [Preferences]. Select [Automatic], [Manual] or [Country dependent], then press OK. Enable or disable daylight saving If clock mode is set to [Country dependent], you can enable or disable daylight saving for your time zone. In the [Clock] menu, select [Daylight saving] > [Daylight saving time] or [Standard time], then press OK. Daylight saving is enabled or disabled.
Child lock
To protect children from unsuitable TV programmes, you can lock the TV or block age rated programmes. Select [Setup] > [Channel settings] > [Child lock]. Enter the code with the Numeric buttons. Tip: If you forget your code, enter '8888' to override any existing codes. In the child lock menu, select [Channel lock]. If you select [On during mute], subtitles are displayed only when you press to mute the sound.

Set TV Wallpaper
You can load another picture as wallpaper. Note: Loading a new picture overrides the existing picture. Connect the USB storage device to the TV. Select [Set as Wall paper], then press OK. Press any key to exit wallpaper.
Visually impaired
Tip: To verify whether visually impaired audio is available, press OPTIONS and select [Audio language]. Languages with an eye icon support visually impaired audio. To switch on visually impaired audio (if available) 1. Press the green button to select [Visually impaired]. Press one of the following buttons to select an option: Red - [Off]: Turn off visually impaired audio. Yellow - [Headphones]: Hear visually impaired audio from headphones only. (if applicable) Green - [Speakers]: Hear visually impaired audio from speakers only. [. . . ] Make sure that the TV speakers setting is selected. Press ADJUST, select [Speakers], and then select [TV]. Make sure that the TV audio output is connected to the audio input on the HDMI-CEC-enabled home theatre system. Sound should be heard from the home theatre speakers. [. . . ]
