[. . . ] C-1 Cook French Fried Potatoes (recommended for conventional ovens) (initial temp -18° C) WEIGHT (Increasing Unit) / UTENSILS 0, 2 - 0, 4 kg (50 g) Flan Dish High Rack PROCEDURE · Remove the frozen french fried potatoes from the package and place them on a flan dish. · Place the dish on the high rack in the oven. · When the audible signals sound, turn over. · After cooking, remove from the dish and put on a plate for serving. NOTE: The dish gets very hot during cooking. To avoid burning yourself, please use oven gloves for removing the pan from the oven. Cover with a lid or microwave plastic wrap. Place the dish in the centre of the turntable. When the audible signal sounds, stir and recover, replace into the oven and press start. · When the audible signal sounds again, stir and recover, replace into the oven and press start. · Stand for 2 - 3 mins after cooking. (For mushrooms no additional water is necessary). · Cover with a lid or microwave plastic wrap · When the oven stops and the audible signals sound, stir and re-cover. · After cooking, let stand for approx. NOTE: If frozen vegetables are compacted together, cook manually. · See recipes for gratinated fish fillet on Page 17. * Total weight of fish and sauce · · · · Prepare the grill skewers.
