[. . . ] If you want to cook less than 1. 6kg you have to adjust (reduce) the ingredients for the sauce and also the cooking time for the preparation of the sauce. If you want to make the sauce thicker for cod fillet provençal or fish fillet with piquant sauce, remove the fish after cooking and stir in some sauce thickening powder (please follow manufacturer's instructions). 15 ROTISSERIE COOKING ROTISSERIE cooking The skewer allows you to cook poultry of up to 1. 3kg and roasts of up to 1. 5kg in the MICROWAVE mode, GRILL mode or DUAL Mode without having to stop the oven to turn foods over. Please refer to page 16 how to use the rotisserie system. EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to cook for 20 minutes with ROTISSERIE. 10min. x2 Enter the desired cooking time (20 min). GRILL x1 Choose grill function. ROTISSERIE x1 Press ROTISSERIE key. START AUTO MINUTE x1 Start to cook. Check the display NOTES: 1. Press ROTISSERIE key prior to pressing the 1 min/START key. The skewer is for ROTISSERIE cooking only. Remove the skewer support after ROTISSERIE cooking is finished. You can input any power level before you press the rotisserie key, but once rotisserie has been pressed, the power level is automatically set to 30% microwave power combined with 50% grill. The walls of the cavity may get hot, use oven gloves during removal. After cooking the display may show `NOW COOLING'. To clear it, press the STOP key. 16 ROTISSERIE Rotisserie system Handles R L (Right) (Left) HOW TO USE ROTISSERIE 1 B A F D G E C H I 2 1 2 1. Attach the skewer support (A) to the hook (C) on the left side of the oven wall. Insert the skewer (D) into the food and position the food in the centre of the skewer. Slide the prongs (E) from both sides and fasten the screws (F) on both prongs tightly. Insert the end of the skewer (G) into the rotisserie drive socket on the right hand side of the oven wall. Push it to the right, rotating the skewer slightly until the skewer snaps into position. Support the other end of the skewer (H) on the hollow of the skewer support (B). 5. To remove the skewer from the food, first loosen the screw (F) of one prong and remove the prong (E) with the screw from the skewer (G). Then pull the skewer out of the food by grasping and pulling the prong with your hand. NOTE: The ceramic skewer support is for rotisserie cooking only. After rotisserie cooking is finished, remove the ceramic skewer support and store with other accessories. When using the rotisserie system make sure that the food which is set on the skewer does not touch the turntable, otherwise the food with skewer could come off the skewer support. NOTE FOR HANDLE: The handle can be used not only to remove skewer but also to remove turntable.
