Special Functions Cover Sheet Cover Sheet You can have the fax generate a cover sheet and send it as the last page of each of your fax transmissions. You can select a message. For the recipient's name to appear, you must dial using a Speed Dial or Rapid Key number with the name programmed. Your name and number must be programmed as explained in Chapter 1. Follow the steps below to turn on the cover sheet function. Polling security Polling Security allows you to prevent unauthorized polling of your machine. When this function is turned on, polling will only take place when the fax number of the polling fax machine has been entered in your machine's list of permitted fax numbers (called "passcode numbers").
