Removetheshoebyslidingitalongthegrooveoftheshoe holder. Shoe 4mmAllenkey Tightening torque: 6 ­ 8 N·m {52 ­ 69 in. lbs. } Wheninstallingthecomponentstocarbonframe/handlebarsurfaces, verifywiththemanufacturerofthecarbonframe/partsfortheir recommendationontighteningtorqueinordertopreventovertightening thatcancausedamagetothecarbonmaterialand/orundertightening thatcancauselackoffixingstrengthforthecomponents. Tightening torque: 5 ­ 7 N·m {43 ­ 61 in. Therearetwodifferenttypesofshoeandshoeholdertobe usedintheleftandrightpositionsrespectively. Slidethenew shoesintothegroovesontheshoeholderswhiletakingnote ofthecorrectdirectionsandboltholepositions. Setthequickreleaselevertotheclosedposition;thenadjust theshoeclearance(asshownintheillustrationbelow)and securethecable. For the left Sameatfrontandrear For the right Sameatfrontandrear 2.
