If you wish to place the handset in the charging cradle during a call: ¤ Press the handsfree key d and hold it while placing the handset in the base. Using the directory and lists You can store up to 100 entries in the directory (the actual number depends on the size of the individual entries). You create a personalised directory for your own individual handset. However, you can send the list or individual entries to other handsets (page 10). Muting You can deactivate the microphone in your handset during an external call. Directory In the directory you store numbers and matching names. ¤ With the handset in idle status, open the directory by pressing s. Muting the handset §INT§ Press the control key.
