[. . . ] Procedure EXPRESS DEFROST Note: If you do not open the door when an audible signal sounds, the defrosting cycle will continue and the defrosting time will count down to 0. TIPS: Allow foods to stand a few minutes after defrosting to equalize the temperature for better cooking results. For HF22M540/05 or R-21JV, it is better to defrost with Express Defrost continuously. If foods have varied thickness, it may be necessary to shield the thin edges with small flat pieces of aluminum foil to prevent overdefrosting. Display 1 Touch EXPRESS DEFROST pad.
