Using Sensor Settings:
1. Be sure the exterior of the cooking container and the interior of the oven are dry. Sensor cooking can only be entered within 1 minute after cooking, opening and closing the door or touching the STOP/CLEAR pad. During the first part of sensor cooking, SENSOR REHEAT , POPCORN REGULAR SENSOR , BAKED , FROZEN , POTATO VEG SOFT FRESH , , FROZEN FRESH VEG VEG HARD ENTREE , HOT DOGS , BACON or FISH will appear on display. Do not open oven door or touch STOP/CLEAR during this part of the cooking

INSTANT SENSOR POPCORN

INSTANT SENSOR REHEAT
You can reheat many foods by touching just one pad. To reheat food with turntable on, simply touch the SENSOR REHEAT pad.
Touch POPCORN pad once. (Ex: Touch POPCORN once for regular size bag. )
POPCORN REGULAR will be displayed END
repeatedly. After cooking,
will be displayed.
SENSOR REHEAT Touch SENSOR REHEAT pad. (Note : Sensor Reheat can be programmed with turntable on or off).
This sensor setting works well with most brands of microwave popcorn. Unfold the bag and place in oven according to directions.
SENSOR REHEAT will be displayed repeatedly. Microwave at HIGH (100%) until thickened, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring several times. Serve alone or over vanilla ice cream or sponge cake.

Mexican Seasoned Potatoes

1 Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 equal wedges. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.

1 In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine carrots, green pepper, onion and water. Cover and microwave using SENSOR REHEAT.
Savory Flounder Fillets
3/4 cup of corn flake crumbs 3 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 pound flounder fillets 1 egg, slightly beaten
Makes 4 servings
1 On waxed paper, combine corn flake crumbs, parsley, lemon peel and paprika. 3 Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce or melted cheese.
2 teaspoons oil 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 16 ounce can tomatoes 4 ounce can mushroom stem and pieces, drained

1 In 2-quart casserole, combine oil, celery, green pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 3 In covered, 1-quart casserole, microwave corn using SENSOR COOK for Frozen vegetables. Stir and serve immediately.
