If damage has occurred - keep naked flames and/or ignition sources away from the appliance, - pull out the mains plug, - thoroughly ventilate the room for several minutes, - notify customer service. The more refrigerant an appliance contains, the larger the room must be. [. . . ] If installing the appliance next to another refrigerator or freezer, there must be a minimum gap of 2 cm between the appliances in order to prevent condensation. SN N ST T If the ambient temperature drops below the permitted temperature limit, the freezer compartment may become too warm. The frozen food may thaw in extreme cases. Therefore: Never cover or block ventilation openings! 7 en Switching ON the appliance Rotate the temperature selector Fig. Interior light is switched on when the door is open. Cooling capacity The temperature in the refrigerator compartment may rise temporarily if loaded with fairly large amounts of food. Therefore the temperature selector should be rotated to a higher setting (e. g. setting 4) for 7 hours. Selecting the temperature We recommend a medium setting of +4 °C. Perishable food should not be stored warmer than +4 °C. [. . . ] g Temperature selector has been set too high. The temperature selector is set to 0".
