P16 in Halterahmen einsetzen. Beim Einbau keine Wärmeleitpaste benutzen! [. . . ] Er darf nicht mit einer Gegenplatte auf der Rückseite der Hauptplatine verschraubt werden!Die schwarze Beschichtung auf dem Kühlerboden dient als Wärmeleitmedium,  vorsichtig behandeln!Keine weiteren Wärmeleitmittel gemeinsam mit der Beschichtung benutzen!Hinweis: Der Lüfter meldet an den Computer eine 9-fach höhere Drehzahl. Für die korrekte Drehzahlausgabe kann ein Monitorprogramm mit einstellbarem Teiler verwendet werden,  z. B. : MBM5 www. mbm. livewiredev. com. Die Hauptplatine biegt sich bei der Montage durch. Das ist von den Herstellern so vorgesehen. Nach dem Umbau des Kühlersystems benötigt die Hauptplatine ca. 1 Stunde,  um wieder in die Ausgangslage zurück zu federn. 

Einbau
1. Mit einem Fön den im Rechner montierten Kühler erwärmen (30-40°C). Dadurch weicht das häufig verwendete Phase-Changer-Wärmeleitmedium auf. Sonst besteht die Gefahr,  dass der Prozessor aus dem Sockel gerissen wird.  [. . . ] Beim Wiedereinbau Wärmeleitpaste gleichmäßig auftragen und verfahren wie unter "Einbau".
