In order to keep the water warm after bringing it to a boil, set the temperature regulator y in the keep warm range. Press the ON/OFF switch e down, until it snaps in. Temperature regulator in the keep warm range The left end of the keep warm range indicates the lower temperature. The right end of the keep warm range indicates the higher temperature. (The water does not start boiling in the keep warm range!). · After reaching the desired temperature, the appliance switches off the heating process. The ON/OFF switch e and the operating lights r remain switched on. Because the device is equipped with a heat maintenance function, the device automatically begins reheating as soon as the water temperature falls below the set temperature. The appliance heats until the desired temperature is reached. Make sure that the appliance does not automatically switch on to the keep warm function.
