Drill horn 1. 5mm for link Mark Dremel to mill slot for control horns. Use 30 minute epoxy to glue control horns Use epoxy cured, insert pushrods and secure safety clips. Check slot in servo cover and Mill secure with 4 x 1mm set screws. the hole for flap servo in wing. File servo for flap function on radio and fasten servo horn. Setup The horn must face the top surface of wing and leading edge. Photo 21 flap in 45 degree position and cut slot in trailing edge Fasten for pushrod. Drill 1. 5mm hole for link. line on flap in line with flap pushrod Draw location of flap horn 6mm above flap webbing.
