[. . . ] Before completing any connection, make sure the house voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the label affixed inside the hood. the hood is supplied with a standard plug; connect it to a correspondingly standard socket. [. . . ] The two 3, 5x9, 5 screws T are supplied in the accessory kit. Before performing any maintenance operation, disconnect the hood from the electricity. For the best performance, we recommend using the low speeds in normal conditions and the high speeds in particular cases of strong odour and vapour concentration. -- It is advisable to switch on the extractor hood a few minutes before starting cooking and then to leave it running for approximately 15 minutes afterwards to ensure that all odours are extracted. It is installed in the suction grid and is available in four different versions: The synthetic filter (about 12-15 mm thick) should be washed once a month during normal use and should be replaced after 5 or 6 washings. The thin synthetic filter (about 1 mm thick) should be changed when the top colouring appears at the bottom. The thin synthetic filter (about 1 mm thick) without saturation indicator should be replaced after every two months of normal use. The life of the metal filter is practically unlimited and should be washed in the same way as the synthetic filter once a month and allowed to dry before being refitted. When cleaning the grease filter, wash the grid too with warm water and biodegradable detergent. -- If the hood is run at the same time as a burner or fireplace that depend on ambient air (for example gas, Diesel, coal or wood heaters, water heaters, etc. ) be careful, because the hood, when it exhausts the air, removes the ambient air required by the burner or fireplace for combustion. -- For secure operation and to prevent discharged gas from coming back in, the vacuum must not exceed 0, 04 mbr. [. . . ] Therefore, we recommend observing these instructions. -- Before calling for repair service because the hood fails to light up, make sure the bulbs are screwed in tightly. [. . . ]
